Explore our collection of video content designed for both beginners and experienced sailors. The lessons guide you through all key aspects of sailing, from the first steps and basic maneuvers to advanced techniques.

In the educational chapter Sailing, we explore the world of sailing together, from its beginnings to its modern form. We briefly present the history and development of sport and recreational sailing, with a particular focus on competitive sailing and Optimist dinghy sailing as the first point of contact for children with this sport. Special attention is given to the diversity of sailing and to sailing practices in the partner countries of the project - Slovenia, Italy, Estonia and Serbia.

The module emphasizes equal opportunities, respect for diversity, and the adaptation of sports activities to make them accessible to a wider range of participants. Special attention is given to the positive role of sport in bringing people together, building self-confidence, and creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
